The Environmental Code (Law 96-766) promulgated by Cote d'Ivoire in 1996 explicitly requires that waste disposal should prioritize resource utilization. The national waste management agency (Anaged) plans to establish a modern garbage disposal network covering the whole country by 2040, including 805 collection points and 42 transfer centers. At present, the daily production of household waste in the country exceeds 12000 tons, and the problem of "garbage siege" is prominent in cities such as Abidjan. Kitchen waste accounts for 62%, of which 30% are cocoa processing by-products (fruit shells, fruit pulp). The tropical grassland climate (high temperature and dryness in the dry season, rainy season) accelerates garbage decay, and rural areas rely on simple landfilling. The "Thimo Clean Project" promoted by Anaged urgently needs to adapt to local low-cost processing equipment to achieve the goal of circular economy.

China Yongle Environmental Protection Engineering has developed customized equipment for the collaborative treatment of cocoa by-products. The equipment adopts a "carbon steel anti-corrosion coating+solar diesel dual drive" design, which can withstand high temperatures of 40 ℃ in the dry season and high humidity in the rainy season. The photovoltaic panels are adapted to strong sunlight in West Africa, covering 52% of the equipment's daily energy consumption and reducing operating costs in rural areas; The core is equipped with a "kitchen waste composting+cocoa shell carbonization" system, which mixes kitchen waste with cocoa shells for 8 days of fermentation, converts them into organic fertilizers (in accordance with the standards of the Ivorian Ministry of Agriculture), and supplies them to cocoa plantations; Dry garbage is carbonized to produce biomass charcoal, which can be used to improve acidic red soil with an overall resource utilization rate of 76%.

Full scene coverage of urban and rural areas as well as industries: In densely populated communities such as Abidjan and Bouake, the cluster equipment has a daily processing capacity of 100 tons, equipped with a French language operation interface, and the feed inlet is adapted to Anaged standard garbage collection vehicles. The leachate is treated by a "biological filter" to meet emission standards; In the tourist areas of Yamoussoukro and Dabasam, the equipment uses cocoa shell activated carbon for deodorization, with noise controlled within 40 decibels, and incorporates African wood carving elements into the appearance; In the main cocoa producing areas of central China, mobile devices can be transported by pickup trucks with a daily processing capacity of 15 tons, meeting the needs of 1000 villages. The compost products are directly used for cocoa tree planting; In the 50 cities piloted by Anaged, equipment is integrated into the Thimo project to provide simple operation and maintenance positions for cleaning workers and facilitate their professional integration.
