Medical waste treatment equipment full efficiency disposal system

Medical waste, due to its unique sources including infectivity, destructiveness, chemical properties, etc., requires a balance between safety and efficiency in the treatment process. In response to the complex characteristics of medical waste, medical waste treatment equipment has emerged. Its unique structural design and operating mechanism ensure the proper disposal of medical waste.

The core processing unit of medical waste treatment equipment is the pyrolysis furnace, which works based on the principle of waste pyrolysis and gasification. The internal structure of the pyrolysis furnace has been specially designed to create an oxygen deficient pyrolysis environment for medical waste. In this environment, the organic components in medical waste undergo complex thermochemical reactions, gradually decomposing and transforming. During the pyrolysis process, organic waste is converted into combustible components such as CO and CH4, while producing inorganic water vapor, acidic gases, and slag. The temperature control inside the pyrolysis furnace is crucial, as a stable temperature environment ensures the full progress of the pyrolysis reaction and enables the effective conversion of organic waste.

The combustible gas generated by pyrolysis will enter the mixing chamber, which is an important component for achieving gas mixing in the equipment. The mixing chamber adopts a special flow channel design, which enables the combustible gas generated by pyrolysis to fully contact and strongly mix with the tangential air. This mixing method improves the uniformity of the gas and provides favorable conditions for subsequent combustion reactions.

The mixed gas is sent to the secondary chamber for combustion, which is the key location to ensure complete combustion of organic components. The structure and size of the secondary chamber have been carefully calculated to ensure that the gas can obtain sufficient reaction space and time inside. When the mixed gas enters the secondary chamber, it undergoes intense combustion in a high-temperature environment, allowing the organic matter in the flue gas to be fully oxidized and achieve complete combustion, thereby reducing pollutant emissions.

In addition to the core processing units mentioned above, the integrated control system of the pyrolysis furnace and the secondary combustion chamber is also an important component of medical waste treatment equipment. The control system precisely regulates the operating status of the equipment by monitoring various operating parameters of the pyrolysis furnace and secondary combustion chamber in real time, such as temperature, pressure, gas composition, etc. When a parameter deviates from the set range, the control system can quickly react and adjust the corresponding operating parameters to ensure stable and efficient pyrolysis and combustion processes. This integrated control not only ensures the safe combustion of medical waste, but also fully utilizes the heat generated by the waste itself, achieving energy recycling and reducing equipment operating costs.

In addition, the medical waste treatment equipment is also equipped with a comprehensive exhaust gas treatment system. The exhaust gas treatment system includes multiple treatment processes, such as acid gas neutralization, particulate matter filtration, and harmful gas adsorption, which can effectively remove various pollutants generated during the combustion process and ensure that the final exhaust emissions meet environmental standards. At the same time, the slag processing system of the equipment has been specially designed to safely collect and process the slag generated by pyrolysis and combustion, preventing secondary pollution.

The medical waste treatment equipment forms a complete and efficient medical waste treatment system through the collaborative work of core components such as pyrolysis furnace, mixing chamber, and secondary chamber, combined with integrated control system and perfect tail gas and slag treatment system, providing reliable guarantee for the safe disposal of medical waste.
