The oil and gas industry in Myanmar is gradually developing, with Yangon Refinery, coastal port oil tanker operations, and small-scale oil field exploitation generating approximately 18000 tons of oily sludge annually, with an oil content of 28% -55%, mixed with impurities such as crude oil residue, sand particles, and oil pollution. The Irrawaddy River, Salween River and other water systems are the core ecological and agricultural lifelines of Myanmar. The arbitrary discharge of oily sludge will seriously pollute the water and soil. According to the Environmental Protection Law, it is necessary to achieve harmless treatment of oily sludge, and the oil recovery rate must be ≥ 88%. At present, the local processing technology is rudimentary and there is a risk of secondary pollution. There is an urgent need for efficient processing equipment that is low-cost, adaptable to humid and hot environments, and easy to operate.

China Yongle Environmental Protection Engineering has developed the "Myanmar Standard Low Cost Pyrolysis" oily sludge treatment equipment: Referring to the core of high-temperature pyrolysis technology in the United Arab Emirates, the equipment is optimized and adapted to the Myanmar scenario. It adopts a corrosion-resistant carbon steel cabin and a semi closed negative pressure pyrolysis structure, which can withstand high temperature, high humidity, and saline alkali working conditions. The core is equipped with a "simple screening+medium temperature anaerobic pyrolysis" process, which first removes 99% of sand particles and metal debris through manual assisted screening, and then separates the oil by 500 ℃ medium temperature pyrolysis. The oil recovery rate reaches 89.5%, and the recovered oil can be used as fuel for small boilers. The combustible gas generated by pyrolysis consumes 38% of the energy, and the exhaust gas is discharged to meet the standard after simple purification treatment. The residual oil content after treatment is ≤ 0.3%, which can be used for soil improvement or safe landfill without dependence on complex.

Adaptation to the entire industry chain scenario: In the Yangon Refinery, the daily processing capacity of medium-sized centralized equipment is 12 tons, which is linked with the simple fuel supply system in the plant area to achieve the "sludge oil fuel" cycle and avoid pollution of the Irrawaddy River; At coastal ports, the daily processing capacity of mobile equipment is 8 tons, and on-site treatment of oil tanker cleaning sludge is carried out to prevent pollution of the marine ecology; In the small-scale oilfield operation area, portable equipment is deployed along with the drilling platform, with a daily processing capacity of 3 tons. Diesel driven equipment does not rely on the power grid, avoiding the risk of sludge transportation leakage; In small oil depots, mini equipment can complete sludge treatment on-site, reducing storage and transportation costs.

Exclusive service guarantee: The equipment has passed the basic compliance audit of Myanmar's Ministry of Environmental Protection and the petroleum industry, and is compatible with local industry standards. Establishing service bases in Yangon and coastal ports, storing oil resistant, corrosion-resistant, and vulnerable spare parts, achieving 24-hour maintenance response in core areas, and providing on-site maintenance services for remote oil fields; Providing Burmese language operation training and process guidance, simplifying maintenance processes, equipment procurement costs are only 42% of similar products in Europe and America, and oil recovery benefits can cover investment within 12 months, helping Myanmar safeguard water systems and soil ecology, and promoting green development of the oil and gas industry.
Yongle Environmental Protection is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of complete sets of technical equipment for organic solid waste disposal and comprehensive utilization. Production and manufacturing, domestic waste treatment equipment, tire pyrolysis equipment, medical waste disposal equipment, hazardous waste disposal equipment, and achieve efficient and comprehensive utilization of resources through independently developed low-temperature anaerobic pyrolysis equipment technology solutions.
