These generated combustible gases then enter the mixing chamber, where they undergo a fierce "collision" with the tangential air, mix thoroughly, and are sent into the secondary chamber. When combustible gas enters, it quickly burns, causing the temperature of the secondary chamber outlet flue gas to soar to 850-1100 ℃, and the residence time of the flue gas remains above 2 seconds. Under such high temperature and duration, the organic matter in the flue gas can achieve complete combustion, completely decomposing harmful substances.

It is worth mentioning that the pyrolysis furnace and the secondary combustion chamber are not fighting independently, but closely cooperate through integrated control. This innovative operating mode not only ensures the safe and sufficient combustion of medical waste, but also fully unleashes the heat contained in the waste itself.
