With the evaporation process, the sodium chloride crystallizes and separates out, the salt slurry is discharged from the salt foot of the evaporator, and then transferred to the centrifuge by the discharge pump for separation, so as to obtain the sodium chloride wet salt. The wet salt is dried and packaged, and finally becomes the by-product sodium chloride.
The mother salt solution is discharged from the evaporative crystallization and sent to the third stage flash crystallizer in turn. During flashing, the solution cools and the potassium chloride crystallizes out. The potassium chloride slurry is transferred to the centrifuge by the discharge pump to obtain potassium chloride. After the wet salt is packaged, another by-product potassium chloride is produced. It should be noted that the KCl mother liquor is partially returned to the salt evaporative crystallizer for recycle operation to improve the recovery rate of potassium sodium salt; The other part of mother liquor enters mother liquor drying unit for treatment, and finally gets carnallitite.
