The Vietnamese environmental protection department has explicitly required that the oil recovery rate of oily sludge must not be less than 75%, and it must be disposed of harmlessly. Traditional landfill and incineration methods have been banned due to serious pollution and high energy consumption. The separated oil can be directly transported back to the factory for reuse, and the residue after harmless treatment can be used as paving materials or building fillers; In the concentrated area of mechanical maintenance in the north, the equipment can seamlessly integrate with the factory production process, achieving daily production and cleaning of oily sludge. The modular design can flexibly adjust the processing scale according to the amount of sludge generated; In small mines and factories in remote areas, the equipment covers an area of only 75 square meters, and the operation interface supports bilingual Vietnamese and English.
