The automobile industry in Kazakhstan develops steadily, the tire consumption increases year by year, and the annual production of waste and scrap tyres is considerable. The purity of pyrolysis oil is 97.8%, which can be directly supplied to the local refinery for refining or used as industrial fuel. The carbon black can be used for rubber product processing after refining. Meanwhile, it can be specialized in the production of agricultural infiltration pipes, agricultural machinery accessories and other products, which is suitable for the local agricultural development needs. The overall resource utilization rate is 98%.

Covering the whole industry, it adapts to multiple demands: in the Kyzylorda waste and scrap tyre recycling plant, the daily processing capacity of large equipment is 56t, and the cluster operation forms a complete closed loop of "waste tyre - pyrolysis oil - regenerated products". The produced seepage irrigation pipes are connected to the local rice planting and agricultural production, helping agriculture save water and increase efficiency, and complying with the development planning of waste tyre recycling industry; At infrastructure construction sites in Astana and Almaty, mobile equipment is used to treat engineering waste tyres on site.
