In Laos, the urbanization of Vientiane, Luang Prabang and other cities is accelerated, coupled with the scattered rural settlements, the annual production of household garbage exceeds 1.2 million tons, of which the kitchen waste accounts for 65% and the plastic waste accounts for about 20%. The local area belongs to tropical and subtropical monsoon climate. The precipitation in rainy season from May to October is over 2000mm, and the garbage stacked in the open air is easy to wash and pollute the Mekong River tributary and soil with the rain; From November to April, the dry season temperature rises to over 31 ℃, and the garbage is quickly decayed to release odor and breed mosquitoes to spread diseases. In accordance with the Environmental Protection Law of Laos revised in 2013, random dumping of garbage is prohibited, and cities are required to gradually improve the level of resource utilization. Traditional landfill occupies limited cultivated land and simple incineration pollutes air, which is difficult to meet the compliance requirements. Therefore, it is inevitable to introduce living garbage treatment equipment suitable for high-temperature and rainy environment.

China Yongle Environmental Protection Project specially optimizes the equipment according to the waste characteristics and climate characteristics of Laos: for the rainy season, the main body of the equipment is of anti-corrosion and waterproof steel structure, and the pretreatment stage is equipped with a three-level module of "sieving - extruding - dewatering" to reduce the water content of kitchen waste to below 25%, so as to avoid equipment failure and sludge leakage caused by rainwater; For the high temperature in dry season, the electrical system is equipped with natural heat dissipation and dust prevention devices to ensure stable operation in the environment above 35 ℃. The equipment core adopts the composite process of "anaerobic fermentation+pyrolysis and gasification". The marsh gas generated from kitchen waste fermentation can be converted into electrical energy, which is suitable for the current situation of insufficient power supply in some areas of Laos. The heat energy is recovered by the refractory plastics, and the overall resource recovery rate is over 52%, far exceeding the local basic requirements. The operation process is simplified, and it is suitable for the skill level of operators in Laos.

Application scenarios cover the whole area: in large cities such as Vientiane and Savannakhet, multiple units cooperate to realize 300-500t/d waste centralized treatment, biogas can be supplied to surrounding communities or small factories, fermentation residue is processed into organic fertilizer, which conforms to the agricultural dominated economic structure of Laos; In medium cities such as Luang Prabang and Xiangkhuang, the modular equipment only covers an area of 80m2, which can quickly connect with the existing waste recycling sites and reduce the cross-regional transportation cost; In remote villages, the small-sized equipment supports solar auxiliary power supply, and the operation interface is equipped with dual language of Laotian and English. The staff can start after one day of training, and the daily processing capacity meets the daily needs of the village.

Aiming at the difference of infrastructure in Laos, we provide customized scheme: provide small biogas generator for the weak area of power grid to ensure continuous operation of equipment; Optimize equipment mobility for mountainous areas to facilitate rough road transportation. Vientiane After-sales Service Center is equipped with spare parts suitable for tropical climate. The technical team can arrive at the site within 48 hours after equipment failure and provide regular maintenance training. The operating noise of the equipment is lower than 55dB, and the tail gas is triple purified by "desulfurization+activated carbon adsorption+bag-type dust removal", which meets the atmospheric environmental protection standard of Laos and meets the environmental requirements of residential areas and scenic spots. It is expected to cooperate with Laos municipal departments and environmental protection enterprises to build an efficient domestic waste treatment system with professional equipment and protect the ecological and living environment of Mekong River Basin.
Yongle Environmental Protection is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of complete sets of technical equipment for organic solid waste disposal and comprehensive utilization. Production and manufacturing, domestic waste treatment equipment, tire pyrolysis equipment, medical waste disposal equipment, hazardous waste disposal equipment, and achieve efficient and comprehensive utilization of resources through independently developed low-temperature anaerobic pyrolysis equipment technology solutions.
