The new Environmental Protection Law in Vietnam, which will come into effect in 2024, explicitly requires that the urban waste resource utilization rate be increased to 50% by 2030. However, 98% of the current 671100 tons/day of household waste in the country still relies on landfill treatment. Hanoi produces an average of 7000 tons of garbage per day, with kitchen waste accounting for 51.9%. Ho Chi Minh City's daily garbage production is approaching 10000 tons, and the problem of leachate pollution in the Mekong Delta during the rainy season is becoming increasingly prominent. The northern mountainous areas rely on simple incineration, while the southern economic circle is piloting EU standard technology. The uneven development between the north and south has led to a dual characteristic of equipment demand, which is "small-scale adaptation to rural areas and large-scale service to cities", and needs to address the problem of high humidity and perishability in tropical climates.

China Yongle Environmental Protection Engineering has developed customized equipment for "kitchen waste energy conversion+anti-corrosion adaptation": adopting the design of "galvanized composite anti-corrosion cabin+photovoltaic grid dual drive", it can withstand high humidity environments of 30 ℃, and the photovoltaic board is adapted to Vietnam's abundant sunshine. The daily power supply covers 48% of the equipment's energy consumption, reducing operating costs; The core is equipped with a "dry anaerobic digestion+RDF preparation" system, which ferments kitchen waste for 10 days to produce biogas (with a gas production of 120 cubic meters per ton), which can be used for community cooking or power generation. The residue is made into organic fertilizer (in accordance with the standards of the Vietnamese Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development); Dry garbage is compressed into RDF fuel, with a stable calorific value of over 4500kcal/kg, suitable for the fuel needs of cement and steel plants, and an overall resource utilization rate of 78%.

Full scene coverage of urban-rural differences: In densely populated communities in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, the cluster equipment has a daily processing capacity of 120 tons, equipped with a Vietnamese language operation interface, and the feed inlet is adapted to municipal garbage trucks. The leachate is treated by a "membrane bioreactor" and discharged in compliance with standards; In tourist areas such as Da Nang and Nha Trang, the equipment adopts plant liquid deodorization technology, and the noise is controlled within 40 decibels. The appearance incorporates elements of Cham wood carving; In rural areas of Beijiang and Gaoping provinces, mobile devices can be transported by motorcycles with a daily processing capacity of 12 tons, meeting the needs of 600 villages. Fermented biogas is directly supplied to farmers; In the RDF Industrial Park of Xing'an Province, the daily processing capacity of large-scale equipment is 80 tons, and the fuel is directly supplied to surrounding industrial enterprises, forming a "waste energy industry" cycle.

We provide compliance assurance: The equipment has been registered with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE) of Vietnam and assisted in completing the compliance declaration of the new Environmental Protection Law. Set up service centers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to store anti-corrosion seals and photovoltaic modules. Southern cities respond within 2 hours, while northern mountainous areas achieve 48 hour delivery of accessories through regional warehousing. The equipment procurement cost is 45% lower than imported products, and operation and maintenance personnel can be trained in Vietnamese video to take up their posts, helping Vietnam reduce its annual waste disposal costs by 120 million US dollars.
Yongle Environmental Protection is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of complete sets of technical equipment for organic solid waste disposal and comprehensive utilization. Production and manufacturing, domestic waste treatment equipment, tire pyrolysis equipment, medical waste disposal equipment, hazardous waste disposal equipment, and achieve efficient and comprehensive utilization of resources through independently developed low-temperature anaerobic pyrolysis equipment technology solutions.
