Alkali spray tower
In the treatment of industrial waste gas, the spray tower sucks the collected waste gas into the washing tower through a fan unit, flows through the filling layer section (the medium for gas/liquid contact reaction), and allows the waste gas to fully contact the liquid (washing solution) flowing on the surface of the filling material to adsorb acidic or alkaline pollutants contained in the waste gas. Then, the clean gas is separated from the contaminated liquid to achieve the purpose of purifying the air.

This tower can be equipped with a control system consisting of gas online analyzer, pH control meter, differential pressure transmitter, pressure sensor, flow sensor, conductivity meter, liquid level control meter, solenoid valve, frequency converter, and control cabinet. The above control situations are displayed in digital form on the display interface, making it clear to management personnel at a glance and with fault alarms for easy management and maintenance.

There is no leakage risk. The tower body of this tower is a cylindrical tower body wrapped with fiberglass as a whole, without segmented connection flanges, with high strength and no leakage risk.

This tower eliminates the need for packing and tray support devices, as well as manholes for installing and removing packing. This not only reduces the production process, but also reduces the weight of the tower body, simplifying installation and foundation, and saving investment.
