Congo (Brazzaville) and Congo (Kinshasa) have abundant oil and mining resources. The oil fields along the Congo River and the copper mines in Katanga produce about 150000 tons of oily sludge annually, mainly from oil field extraction, oil tank cleaning, and mining machinery maintenance. These oily sludge have an oil content of 12% -25%, mixed with impurities such as sand, gravel, and mineral residues. In high temperature and high humidity environments, they are prone to spread with rainwater to the Congo River and surrounding farmland, polluting drinking water sources and crops; Meanwhile, the crude oil resources in oily sludge have not been effectively recovered, resulting in energy waste. According to the Environmental Protection Laws of the two countries and the African Union's environmental protection initiative, oily sludge needs to be disposed of harmlessly and recycled. Traditional landfill methods have been completely banned, and efficient treatment equipment has become a must-have for energy and mining enterprises.

Based on the characteristics of Congo oily sludge, China Yongle Environmental Protection Engineering has specially developed an integrated equipment of "pretreatment low-temperature pyrolysis deep separation": in the pretreatment stage, the "cyclone sand removal+centrifugal dewatering" integrated module is used to remove more than 90% of sand, gravel and mineral impurities, and then reduce the sludge water content to below 22%; The core pyrolysis system adopts intelligent temperature control technology to stabilize the temperature at 410 ℃, avoiding excessive cracking of oil, and achieving an oil recovery rate of over 82%. The recovered oil can be directly supplied to oil fields or mines as fuel, achieving resource recycling. The equipment is equipped with wear-resistant alloy conveying components and anti-corrosion reaction chambers, optimized for the high wear and high corrosion characteristics of oily sludge in mines, ensuring a continuous operating life of over 18 months.

Accurate adaptation to the entire industry chain scenario: In the Blackhorn oilfield area of Congo (Brazzaville), mobile equipment can be deployed nearby around drilling platforms with a daily processing capacity of 5 tons, avoiding the risk of leakage caused by long-distance transportation of oily sludge. The separated oil can be directly transported back to the production system, and the harmless residue can be used to lay temporary roads in the mining area; At the mechanical maintenance plant of the Katanga copper mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo, modular equipment is seamlessly integrated with the plant's sewage treatment system, achieving daily production and cleaning of oily sludge. The processing scale can be flexibly adjusted according to the amount generated; In the port oil tank area, small equipment covers an area of only 75 square meters and supports rapid deployment of containers. It is specifically designed to handle oily sludge generated from tank cleaning and recycle oil products for use by port machinery.

We rely on our rich experience in African resource country projects to provide customized services: assisting clients in completing compliance filing with local environmental protection departments, providing full guidance on equipment installation, commissioning, and operator training. Set up service centers in Kinshasa and Blackhorn, reserve specialized spare parts suitable for tropical climates, and cooperate with local logistics companies to ensure fast delivery of spare parts. There is no secondary pollution during the operation of the equipment, and the exhaust gas is discharged after multiple purification treatments. All indicators are better than the environmental standards of both countries, and it can be safely deployed around oil fields, mining areas, and ports. We look forward to collaborating with oil companies, mining groups, and environmental organizations from both countries to provide efficient and compliant solutions, safeguard resource development and ecological security, and promote sustainable industrial development.
Yongle Environmental Protection is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of complete sets of technical equipment for organic solid waste disposal and comprehensive utilization.
