Denmark is a core country for oil and gas development in the North Sea. The North Sea oil fields, Copenhagen Refinery, and port oil depots produce approximately 150000 tons of oily sludge annually, with an oil content of 32% -48%, of which 70% is mineral oil-based components. If not handled properly, it will seriously pollute the ecology of the North Sea - the annual output value of the fishing industry in this area exceeds 8 billion euros, and oil spills will directly affect advantageous fishing resources such as cod. According to the Danish Marine Environment Protection Act and the EU Marine Strategy Framework Directive, the oil recovery rate of oily sludge must be ≥ 90%, and the treatment process must meet low-carbon requirements. Traditional equipment has high energy consumption and poor low temperature resistance, making it difficult to adapt to the low-temperature operating environment in the North Sea.

Based on the characteristics of Danish oily sludge, China Yongle Environmental Protection Engineering has developed an integrated equipment for "low-carbon, low-temperature resistant, and high-efficiency oil extraction". The equipment adopts a design of "titanium alloy corrosion-resistant cabin body+fully enclosed insulation structure", which is suitable for the low temperature environment of 0-5 ℃ in the North Sea and the saline alkali working conditions in oil fields. The leak proof structure has been certified by the International Maritime Organization (IMO); The core is equipped with a dual process of "vacuum low-temperature distillation centrifugal separation", which does not require chemical agents and achieves efficient oil separation at a low temperature of 60 ℃, with a recovery rate of over 94%. The recovered oil can be directly supplied to oil and gas extraction machinery or integrated into the Danish biofuel network; In the preprocessing stage, the "ultrasonic impurity removal" module is used to remove 99.5% of sand particles and impurities, avoiding equipment blockage and reducing overall energy consumption by 35% compared to traditional equipment.

Full industry chain scenario coverage: In the offshore oil fields of Beihai, mobile devices can be deployed with drilling platforms, with a daily processing capacity of 30 tons, transported by icebreakers to meet winter operation needs; At the Copenhagen Refinery, the large centralized equipment has a daily processing capacity of 80 tons and is linked with the plant's heating system to reduce energy consumption by utilizing waste heat, achieving a "sludge oil energy" cycle; At Aarhus Port, modular equipment processes oil tanker cleaning sludge with a daily processing capacity of 50 tons, and the recovered oil is supplied as fuel for tugboats at the port; In rural areas where small gas stations are concentrated, mini devices have a daily processing capacity of 5 tons to prevent oil sludge pollution of soil and groundwater.

We provide exclusive services: the equipment has been certified by the Danish Environmental Protection Agency and audited according to Maersk Oil's technical standards, meeting the environmental requirements for North Sea oil and gas development. Set up service bases in Copenhagen and Esbjer, reserve low-temperature and corrosion-resistant spare parts, and cooperate with Maersk's after-sales system to achieve 24-hour response. The carbon emission intensity of the equipment is only 60% of similar international products, which is in line with Denmark's "2050 Carbon Neutrality" goal. The oil recovery income can cover the investment within 8 months, helping Denmark protect the North Sea ecology and promote the low-carbon transformation of the oil and gas industry.
Yongle Environmental Protection is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of complete sets of technical equipment for organic solid waste disposal and comprehensive utilization. Production and manufacturing, domestic waste treatment equipment, tire pyrolysis equipment, medical waste disposal equipment, hazardous waste disposal equipment, and achieve efficient and comprehensive utilization of resources through independently developed low-temperature anaerobic pyrolysis equipment technology solutions.
