Vietnam is an important petrochemical base in ASEAN. The development of offshore oil fields, refining and processing, port oil tanker operations, and small oil refining workshops produce approximately 59000 tons of oily sludge annually, with an oil content of 28% -60%, mixed with impurities such as crude oil residue, sand particles, and oil pollution. Among them, the offshore oil fields and coastal defense refineries in southern Vietnam produce a large amount of oily sludge every year, which requires professional equipment for disposal. Vietnam has core water systems such as the Mekong River and the Red River, with vast surrounding waters. The arbitrary discharge and simple disposal of oily sludge will seriously pollute water and soil, destroy aquatic habitats, and violate the Environmental Protection Law and MONRE regulatory requirements. According to relevant standards, the oil recovery rate of oily sludge must be ≥ 95%, and the treated wastewater must meet the discharge requirements of pH 5.5-9.0 and oil and grease ≤ 10mg/L. The residual oil content should be ≤ 0.3%, and it can be used for soil improvement or safe landfill. At present, the treatment process of oily sludge in Vietnam is relatively simple, mostly using natural sedimentation, simple incineration and other methods. There are problems such as low oil recovery rate, serious secondary pollution, equipment easy to stick to the wall, and short service life. At the same time, remote areas of offshore oil fields in the south require mobile treatment equipment that is suitable for offshore operation scenarios and urgently needs to be adapted to the local oil and gas industry needs, anti stick to the wall, low-cost, efficient and environmentally friendly treatment equipment.

China Yongle Environmental Protection Engineering has developed the "Vietnamese Standard High Efficiency Anti stick Wall Thermal Decomposition" oily sludge treatment equipment: targeting the characteristics of Vietnamese oily sludge and the pain points of equipment wall sticking, it adopts a titanium alloy anti-corrosion and anti stick compartment+fully enclosed negative pressure pyrolysis structure, which can withstand high temperature and high humidity, saline alkali working conditions, and rainy season humid environments, effectively solving the problems of sludge wall sticking and equipment wear during the pyrolysis process, extending the service life of the equipment to 7.8 years. At the same time, it is adapted to microbial degradation auxiliary processes, which can further improve the efficiency of oil recovery and meet the local research direction of oily sludge treatment. The core is equipped with a triple process of "multi-stage screening+high-temperature anaerobic pyrolysis+oil-water separation". Firstly, 99.6% of sand particles and metal debris are removed through intelligent screening, reducing the difficulty of pyrolysis. Then, the oil is separated by high-temperature anaerobic pyrolysis at 850 ℃, with an oil recovery rate of 95.6%. The recovered oil can be directly sent back to refineries for refining or used as industrial fuel. The combustible gas produced by pyrolysis consumes 45% of the energy, achieving energy cycling; After deep purification treatment, the exhaust gas meets the discharge standards. The treated wastewater meets the MONRE discharge standards and can be recycled for cleaning or discharged into green belts. The residual oil content is ≤ 0.26% and can be used for soil improvement or safe landfill without secondary pollution. It fully complies with local environmental protection requirements and protects the ecological security of water systems such as the Mekong River and the Red River.

Adaptation to the entire industry chain scenario: In a large-scale refinery in Haiphong, the daily processing capacity of large-scale centralized equipment is 95 tons, which is linked with the plant's oil supply system to form a "sludge oil energy" closed loop, improve resource utilization, reduce production costs, and help enterprises achieve industrial waste recycling goals; In the offshore oil field operation area in southern Vietnam, mobile equipment is deployed with drilling platforms, with a daily processing capacity of 48 tons, specifically for the disposal of oil-based drilling mud and drilling cuttings, to avoid sludge transportation leakage and pollution of marine ecology, and to adapt to offshore operation scenarios; In Ho Chi Minh City and coastal ports of Haiphong, modular equipment with a daily processing capacity of 72 tons is used to handle oil tanker cleaning sludge on site. Efficient anti leakage design is adopted to prevent pollution of the marine environment and protect marine biodiversity; In small oil refining workshops, mini equipment with a daily processing capacity of 8.5 tons is low-cost and easy to operate. The oil recovery income can quickly cover the investment and meet the operational needs of small workshops; In the vicinity of the oil depot, small-scale equipment completes sludge treatment on site, reducing storage and transportation costs, avoiding oil pollution of groundwater, and in line with Vietnam's water resource protection plan.

Exclusive service guarantee: The equipment has passed the MONRE full compliance audit and Vietnam's petroleum industry environmental certification, adapted to local oily sludge treatment standards and emission requirements, assisted enterprises in completing compliance filing, and can cooperate with Vietnam's oil and petrochemical companies to promote the reduction and resource utilization of hazardous waste. Set up service bases in Hanoi and Haiphong, reserve oil resistant, corrosion-resistant, and anti sticking core spare parts, achieve 24-hour maintenance response in core areas, and provide on-site maintenance services for offshore oil fields; Provide bilingual operation training and process guidance in Vietnamese and English, simplify maintenance processes, adapt to local operation and maintenance levels, and focus on training cleaning and maintenance skills for anti stick wall compartments; The equipment procurement cost is only 48% of similar products in Europe and America. The income from oil recovery and energy self-sufficiency can cover the investment within 7.5 months, helping Vietnam's oil and gas industry to develop green, safeguarding water systems and marine ecological security, promoting the harmless and resourceful disposal of oily sludge, and helping to achieve the 2030 industrial waste recycling goal.
