Utilize high-temperature waste heat generated during industrial production, usually from incinerators, kilns, power plants and other equipment. This thermal energy is collected and transferred to the drying oven where it is used to heat the air.

There is a heater inside the drying oven, which heats the air through waste heat to form high-temperature hot air. This hot air is circulated into the drying room to dry the garbage.

After the domestic waste enters the drying chamber, the water is evaporated and taken away by the action of hot air, thereby reducing the moisture content of the waste. After a period of drying treatment, the garbage becomes drier and more stable.

The exhaust gas generated during the drying process is purified by treatment equipment to remove pollutants and odors to ensure that the emissions comply with environmental standards.

The waste heat drying furnace uses the waste heat resources in the industrial production process to avoid the problem of traditional drying equipment that consumes a lot of energy, saves energy costs, and also reduces the impact on the environment.
